Teaching compliance management requires not only studying theory but also analyzing practical case studies and the experiences of international companies. That is why we are constantly expanding our cooperation with representatives of global business.
On June 19, Andriy Pastushenko, Associate Professor in the Department of International Economic Relations and Business Security, met with Yvonne Hilst, who is responsible for corporate integrity at BW Offshore. BW Offshore is a global provider of floating solutions for the production, storage, and shipment of hydrocarbons for the international oil and gas industry. The company carries out large-scale engineering and operational projects that require high standards of risk management, business ethics, and compliance.

During the meeting, Andriy Pastushenko told Ms. Hilst about the EUComplianceM4UA project, its key objectives, and innovative approaches to training specialists. They also discussed the possibility of inviting her to give guest lectures.
Ms. Hilst agreed to speak to our students this fall to share practical insights on corporate transparency, integrity, and compliance at the international level.
