На першому в новому навчальному році засіданні кафедри міжнародних економічних відносин та безпеки бізнесу Харківського національного університету ім. С.Кузнеця було презентовано результати виконання завдань міжнародного проєкту ERASMUS+ CBHE – EUComplianceM4UA – 101179706 «Впровадження європейського підходу комплаєнс-менеджменту у вищій освіті України».
В рамках проєкту командою викладачів кафедри було розроблено нову навчальну дисципліну “Комплаєнс-менеджмент” для здобувачів другого (магістерського) рівня.
👉 Дисципліна базується на європейському досвіді та сучасних практиках комплаєнсу, включає кейси відомих компаній ЄС, інтерактивні методи навчання та оцінювання. Студенти зможуть здобути знання та навички, що допоможуть:
оцінювати відповідність діяльності компанії міжнародним стандартам,
виявляти та управляти ризиками,
формувати системи комплаєнсу, що підвищують довіру та репутацію бізнесу.
📚 Для забезпечення якісного викладання дисципліни викладачами кафедри було розроблено силабус, робочу програму та технологічну карту. Разом з партнерами підготовлено матеріали для Future book (е-book), гайд для студентів та відеоматеріали.
🚀 Пілотне впровадження курсу заплановане на другий семестр 2025–2026 навчального року.
💡 Ця ініціатива сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності випускників ХНЕУ ім. С.Кузнеця, їх готовності до роботи в умовах євроінтеграції та глобального ринку.
At the first meeting of the new academic year, the Department of International Economic Relations and Business Security of Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics presented the results of the international project ERASMUS+ CBHE – EUComplianceM4UA – 101179706 «Implementation of the European approach of Compliance Management in higher education in Ukraine».
Within this project, the department’s academic team has developed a new course for Master’s degree students “Compliance Management.”
👉 The course is based on European experience and modern compliance practices, and it includes case studies of well-known EU companies as well as interactive teaching and assessment methods. Students will acquire knowledge and skills that will help them to:
- assess whether a company’s activities comply with international standards,
- identify and manage risks,
- build compliance systems that enhance trust and corporate reputation.
📚 To ensure effective and high-quality teaching, the department’s lecturers have developed a syllabus, a course program, and a technological roadmap. Together with project partners, they have also prepared materials for a Future Book (e-book), a student guide, and video resources.
🚀 The pilot implementation of the course is scheduled for the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year.
💡 This initiative will enhance the competitiveness of Simon Kuznets KhNUE graduates and strengthen their readiness to work in the context of European integration and the global market.
